Match the track
Specify wheel width (x), track height (y) and bracket. Main bar, net hanger or frog face, 3 mm or 5 mm zinc plate.

Stainless buckles
304/S throughout. Over-centre, anti-slip lock and push-up types for 45 mm and 50 mm webbing.

Weld-on PVC
High-frequency / heat-applied PVC webbing in white, grey or black. 500 m boxes.
First-time backplates
Nylon body, stainless M6 bolts, A2-70 nylock. Thread lengths from 10.2 mm to 18.2 mm.

Box quantities published per part. Built to keep a bodybuilder’s curtain line moving, not waiting on a special.

Specified into EN curtainsider bodies
EN 12642 Code L / XL is a complete-body standard. EN 12641 covers the curtain / tarpaulin. We supply the running and tensioning hardware that goes on those bodies — we do not certificate the trailer.
- EN 12642 L / XL — body strength. Fit our rollers and buckles to the bodybuilder’s spec
- EN 12641-1 / -2 — tarpaulins. PVC weld-on webbing and straps sit on that curtain
- UTS in kg, millimetre envelopes, 304 stainless — the numbers EU buyers ask for
We will not print “XL certified” on a roller. XL sits on the finished body. Send the track drawing and we will pick the wheel and bracket.
