On-site design and moulding mean the trolley, strap and wheel are one family — not three bought-in parts hoping they line up on a 25.4 mm chain.
Standard poultry chain
Case-hardened galvanised 8 × 25.4 mm pitch. Catalogue: fully compatible with all poultry chain.
Tube or T-type
TS1 tube bracket or TS2 T-type for overhead / poultry conveyor. Same wheel family on both.
Standard or slim wheel
PPW01-01 standard, POU48-17-8 slim, or PW01-05 50 mm. Choice of colours.
Homopolymer / copolymer
Wheels in acetal homopolymer. Straps in acetal copolymer — the copolymer is the more chemical-resistant of the two.
Stainless balls
420 / ASI stainless steel balls in the trolley wheels. Specified for wet process rooms.

Wheels are acetal homopolymer. Straps are acetal copolymer. Polymer datasheets and any food-contact letter are sent with the quote — they are not published here.
- (EC) 1935/2004 / (EU) 10/2011 — the food-contact rules a plant QA team will name. A declaration is supplied only if we hold one for that batch
- EN 1672-2 — food-machinery hygiene design (cleanable surfaces). How the trolley is built, not a type-approval stamp
- Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC — a complete line is machinery. A wheel or strap is a component
